Report outdated information

Prices, hours and promotions at KTV venues change often. If something on a venue page is wrong, tell us which page it is and what you saw. A link to the venue's own post or a photo of a price board helps a lot, because we can then confirm the change quickly. Every venue page also has a "Report it" link that fills in the subject line for you.

Venue owners and managers

Run a karaoke or KTV venue in Penang? We are happy to add new outlets, fix details and swap our illustrations for your own room photos. Send your official page links, current hours, a price list or package poster, and any photos you are happy for us to use with credit. Please note that we do not sell placements or scores. Our ratings stay independent.

Photo credits and takedowns

If you own a photo on this site and want it credited differently or removed, email us with the page link. We act on takedown requests promptly, usually within 48 hours. Our full approach is set out in the editorial and photo policy.

What to include

To help us act quickly, please include the venue name, the page link and what has changed. If you are a venue, tell us your role and the best number to call back. For new venues, send the full address with floor and unit, your opening hours, and a link to an official page. We check every change before it goes live, so a source we can verify makes all the difference.
